PHP CSV Utilities or PCU, is a small, open source PHP library I wrote to simplify working with CSV files in PHP. For more information about the project, head over to its Google Code page.
I am currently working on version 0.3, which I planned on releasing on October 1st, but I didn’t want to release it prematurely. Version 0.3 will be the first version with full documentation. I plan on releasing this version in concurrence with a series of tutorials, outlining the various features of the library.

Hey, this project is great. It’s working for us. We just needed to create a minimal quoating dialect before creating the Csv_writer. Any word on version 0.3?
